After payment and delivery, the customer may install, operate, configure, and brand the supplied affiliate marketing system for the customer’s own business. The customer may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, package, or use the software as the basis of a competing software product.
The $200 offer is a one-time setup and delivery fee. Hosting is optional at $75 per month. Ongoing support is optional at $20 per month. Hosting and support are separate services and may require their own scope, access, and renewal terms.
The system is infrastructure. Digital Envisioned does not guarantee traffic, sales, commissions, earnings, conversion rates, affiliate participation, or a particular return on investment.
The customer is responsible for lawful marketing, privacy notices, email consent, affiliate disclosures, tax treatment, payment-provider compliance, content permissions, and verifying all claims before publication.
